It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Brother William "Billy Jak" Jakielaszek on Tuesday May 15, 2018. Brother Jakielaszek was a long-time member of Local 481, joining the Local in 1995. He worked in the Special Effects department on a variety of feature films and television productions over the years including Broad Squad, Captain Phillips, Here Comes the Boom, and The Fighter.
